As a CBRE Sr. Account Director, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering all key client commitments. This role supports our clients' facilities around the world. You will provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring. You will also coordinate and manage team activities, consult with Sr. sales professionals, obtain and coordinate resources, and manage sales and relationships with large clients. You will review service level performance, troubleshoot escalated issues, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert. You will apply broad knowledge of the business to achieve team and departmental objectives, lead by example, and identify and solve complex problems. You will improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

To qualify, you need a Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6-12 years of relevant experience. Experience dealing with global operations and in staffing, selection, training, and development is preferred. You should have the ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate the team and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Senior Account Director position is $185,000.00 to $225,000.00.
