VP, Energy Technical Director
Zurich North America is hiring an Energy Technical Director to join our Specialties Energy SBU. This position reports to the Head of Energy and we are open to hiring talent located within a commutable distance to any ZNA office location to benefit from our flexible, hybrid working arrangements. This role will be responsible for various aspects of Energy portfolio management including utilizing data analytics to inform strategy, stewarding underwriting quality, and partnering in tool & product innovation efforts. This position will support Energy's efforts in customer service and profitable growth, working closely with leadership and various internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive risk transfer solutions including primary & excess casualty, property, and other emerging solutions for the Energy SBU. There will be approximately 25% travel for this position.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The proposed salary range for this position is $172,000.00 - $281,700.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 25%.
