Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

This position will start through our Staffing Agency first until hours are met, temp to hire. Current 2nd shift hours are 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm, must be available to work 10 hr days as required.

It is preferred but not required that Machine Operators possess at least a minimal competency in the following areas :

• Reading, writing and speaking the English Language.
• Using a tape measure.
• Use of computer.
• Reading Specs and following job procedures.
• Understanding Lockout / Tagout procedures.
• Problem-solving.
• Ability to read and follow design specifications, bill of materials, and work instructions.
• Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
• Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company.
• Follow all company safety protocol.
• Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
• Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
