• Base Rate $15 / hr to $16.80 / hr Based on Experience

$.75 / hr Evening Shift Differential, $.50 / hr Night Shift Differential, $1 / hr Weekend Shift Differential

Department : Bradford House - Memory Care

Staffing Ratio : 1 Homemaker to 5 Residents

The PCA : Personal Care Aide supports our mission and values by performing various activities to meet the care needs of 5 memory care residents (with dementia) in an Adult Family Home, The Bradford House.

The PCA : Personal Care Aide's primary responsibilities include :

Dressing / undressing : ensures that clothes are clean, appropriate in season, and presentable.
