As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible at an auto industry location. You will interact with employees, visitors, and customers, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle as well as on foot. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the auto location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.Monitor entry points, parking areas, and / or vehicle lots to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and / or hazards to management promptly.Assist with emergency response activities and follow site protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client leadership.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to provide reassurance and assist with customer inquiries or concerns.What We're Looking For :

Must be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
