What You'll Do

Are you ready to shape the future of commercial finance in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment? As our Business Finance Senior Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to Revenue Operations and executive leadership, driving pricing strategy, top-line metric ownership, and performance analytics that fuel growth and innovation. You'll deliver insights that optimize revenue outcomes, strengthen renewal planning, and lead forecasting and strategic planning initiativesmaking a direct impact on our business trajectory.

In this role you will :

• Champion ownership of top-line financial metrics, including bookings, billings, and ARR, and deliver performance analytics that drive executive-level decisions.
• Lead the evolution of annual budgeting and forecasting models, integrating business drivers, market trends, and renewal analytics to support strategic growth.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and product monetization.
• Drive continuous improvement by modernizing financial processes through automation, AI, and advanced analytics, leveraging tools like Power BI.
• Serve as a senior finance partner to Revenue Operations, influencing pricing, discounting, and performance metrics across teams.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and investor communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentoring others and modeling adaptability through change.

Who You Are

Pay range for this role : $150,000 - $160,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
