ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-construction efforts across a range of commercial and design-build projects . This mid-senior level role is ideal for candidates with extensive D&B experience who are ready to take ownership of estimating, budgeting, and planning processes to ensure successful project delivery from concept through handover.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead pre-construction planning for commercial and design-build projects , including cost estimating, budgeting, and constructability reviews.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and design partners to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate potential challenges before construction begins.
• Drive value engineering efforts, design reviews, and material selection processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including estimates, proposals, and reports.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in pre-construction and D&B best practices.
• Ensure pre-construction activities align with company standards, budgets, and timelines.
