Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $1,940 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 31 / 2025 Duration : 8 weeks 37.5 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job ID 34458552 1. Familiar with Point Click Care 2. Must be a nurse for a minimum of 2 years, have worked as a nurse for those 2 years and have at least 2 travel assignments prior to starting here 3. Familiar with Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab 4. Have they done admissions before? 5. What nurse to patient ratio are they familiar with working in LTC? We are at about a 1 / 17 for LTC about a 1 / 13 for Short Term Rehab for Days and PMs and night shift it is 1 nurse per unit - about a 1 / 28-30 ratio 6. How large are the facilities they are used to working (we have a 149 bed facility - 5 units - 4 LTC units and 1 Short term Rehab unit 1. Familiar with Point Click Care 2.
