Location : Greenville, SC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 4x10-hour shifts (06 : 00 AM – 04 : 30 PM)

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

Perform surgical tech duties in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including a variety of complex cardiovascular procedures.

Expected to assist in high-acuity cases including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, VAD, and endovascular procedures such as EVAR.

Average of 3 heart cases per day in unit.

Must take at least 2 weekday call shifts per week and 1–2 weekends per 6-week schedule.

Must float to other qualified units / campuses as needed due to census demands.

Required Experience & Certifications :

Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience.

Must have Level 1 Trauma experience.

Certification from NBSTSA (CST required).

AHA BLS certification.

Travel experience required.

EPIC EMR experience (minimum 1 year).

Preferred Skills & Procedures :

First Assist experience.

Experience in Angioplasty / Stenting, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).

Familiarity with teaching hospitals and trauma settings.
