What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

High School Diploma or GED; Access Coordinator II requires two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience; Access Coordinator III requires three (3) years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environmentGood communication skills and excellent customer service abilitiesBasic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of basic medical terminologyAbility to handle conflicts professionally and effectivelyHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
