Your role includes overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.\n

• A valid state nursing license.\n
• An advanced degree or relevant certification (preferred).\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting (preferred).\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
• A strong interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.\n
• Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
