Duties
Management of all aspects of the construction of single / small multi-family homes, coordination of trades, review budgets, scheduling and ensuring building codes / quality standards are being met. Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
- A solid understanding of project scheduling / budgeting principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and address quality issues in materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Must be able to oversee and coordinate subcontractor performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ability to resolve issues and adapt quickly to manage delays and meet construction deadlines
