Payroll Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Client Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in day-to-day payroll operations, including timecard maintenance and compliance

Utilize audit controls to ensure accurate payroll processing and adhere to service level agreements

Review payroll inputs and assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a payroll role with a focus on customer service

Experience with payroll processing systems, preferably large-scale ERP

Knowledge of file feeds, third-party integrations, and payroll system mapping

PayrollOrg Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
