Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Casual - Weekday On-Call - Monday thru Thursday - Altoona, PA

RN License and valid Driver's License required

Schedule of the Registered Nurse (RN)

Monday - Thursday 4 : 30 pm to 10 : 30pm

$250.00 GUARANTEE

$45.00 hourly rate for home visits

$.65 / mile Paid Mileage

On Call phone and lap top provided

fielding phone calls from members

triage via phone or in home visits

consultation with on call physician and documentation

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN)

Must have a current state of Pennsylvania RN License

Must have a valid Driver's License
