Position Overview Work Schedule : Embrace a standard four-day work week for improved work-life balance. Practice Setting : Outpatient-only role with minimal, nurse-triaged call duties (1 : 5 ratio). Onsite Facilities : Benefit from convenient access to lab draw, X-ray, anti-coagulation, dietary, and behavioral health services. Collaborative Environment : Work within a multi-specialty clinic where specialist support is readily available. Patient Load : Manage a moderate caseload of 20-25 patients per day. Technology : Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system. Clinic Hours : Maintain a regular schedule from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Visa Sponsorship : J1 candidates are welcome to apply. Candidate Qualifications Medical Certification : Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician. Licensing : Obtain an active license in Washington State.
