An established Los Angeles-based contemporary brand is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to join its in-house creative team. This is opportunity is initially structured as a part-time W2 role, 25 hours per week on-site days). with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs. The role will work directly with the Founder and Creative Director to conceptualize, produce, and manage social content that inspires and converts.
This role is in office 3 days a week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories
- Identify spontaneous, real-time content opportunities within the studio
- Prepare, organize, and manage samples for photoshoots and influencer collaborations
- Coordinate influencer gifting - handling logistics, tracking coverage, and summarizing results
- Maintain a neatly organized digital content library for easy access
- Engage daily with the online community using the brand's voice and tone
- Review analytics to identify performance trends and inform future creative direction
- Collaborate on visual storytelling with the Creative Director and Founder
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketingA strong eye for design, fashion, and social trendsProficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar creative toolsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with Instagram Business or Meta Business SuiteA proactive, self-motivated mindset - you see opportunities before being askedBonus : prior experience in fashion, styling, or e-commerce
