Summary : Responsible for the execution, implementation and close supervision of the preventative maintenance system, to ensure preservation and upkeep of all buildings.

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four to six years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability :
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers and the general public.
Math Ability :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work in wet or humid conditions, work near moving parts, work in high precarious places, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat (non-weather) and vibration. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move 75 pounds and frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Must occasionally lift / move heavier objects (Refrigerator, Stove, etc.) with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; use hands, stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; taste or smell.
Schedule is Full Time 40 hours per week and some opportunity for overtime. Schedule can vary slightly based on location but it approximately 8 am to 5 pm. There is a rotating on call schedule for evenings / after regular work hours and weekends.
