HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is a 204–bed hospital founded in 1957 as the area’s first healthcare institution for residents in Citrus and surrounding counties. HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is a 392-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center located in Hudson, and home of the nationally acclaimed Heart Institute. HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is a 340-bed, state-of-the-art, all private room hospital, strategically located in the tri-county area of Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital 350-bed facility providing a range of services as the area’s largest private employer and Hernando County’s only comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program

Job Summary :
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their West Florida Division is seeking a PRN pathologist to provide floating coverage at our hospitals in the North Market which includes coverage at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital, HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital, HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, and HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services employs over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients. Our physician partners are a key component to our success and we work closely with them to achieve the most favorable patient outcomes.
Qualified Candidates :
- AP / CP certification or board eligibility
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP for community hospital practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
