Your Role :

• Drive and manage affiliate marketing programs alongside agency partners, ensuring campaigns are performance-focused and aligned with growth goals.
• Oversee paid search strategy and execution on platforms like Google Ads and Bing, continuously improving targeting, bidding, and ad copy.
• Manage affiliate network operations including invoicing, budget tracking, and partner evaluations.
• Analyze campaign data rigorously, identify trends, test innovations, and optimize for maximum return on ad spend.
• Maintain smooth and effective communication with agencies and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
