Contentizer is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve basic delivery-related concerns.
- Create, update, and manage service tickets with accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions.
- Assist with billing questions, order verification, and documentation as needed.
