A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Provide professional nursing care through application of nursing skills and processes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Serve as primary caregiver providing direct patient care
• Work collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patient / family to achieve optimal outcomes
• Make independent decisions and collaborate with others regarding patient care
• Float to similar units and may float to other locations including Adena Greenfield, Adena Pike, and Adena Fayette
• Floating assignments will be to similar acuity or lower level acuity than primary assignment
• Work every other weekend
• Required certifications : ACLS and BLS
• Must reside outside a 60 mile radius
• Work under direct supervision of Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of Director of Nursing
