Pay : $80,000 / year base salary + weekly and monthly performance bonuses (OTE $90K–$100K+)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of diesel technicians.
• Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (electrical, aftertreatment, engines).
• Quality-check jobs and keep workflow on track.
• Coordinate with service advisors and management on production.
• Represent Certified Fleet with professionalism and pride.

Pay & Incentives

Base Salary : $80,000 per year ($1,538.46 weekly)

Weekly Bonuses :

$100 per tech that hits 40 hours

$250 shop-wide average bonus when team averages 45 hours

Monthly Bonus : $1,000 if shop meets KPI target

Earning Potential : $90K–$100K+ annually

What We’re Looking For

10+ years diesel repair experience (advanced diagnostics required)

Prior leadership experience in a shop setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license & clean record

Master certifications preferred
