Urgent Care Veterinary Client Care Representative

AcutePet Urgent Care is seeking additional veterinary client care representatives to join us at our brand new urgent care center in Bellevue, KY!   Also known as a Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative, this role is all about creating great experiences for pets and their people.  At AcutePet,  we are building healthy and sustainable environments that are dedicated to our local communities while respecting life outside of work. With guidance from our Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified criticalist, and a network of Managing Veterinarians and Practice Managers, we equip our teams to deliver exceptional, emergency-level care in an urgent care setting, with the confidence that comes from trusted leadership.

What We're Looking For :

Ideal candidates are passionate about providing colleagues, clients, and pets with great experiences, especially in an urgent care environment.  Previous client service experience in an animal care setting is a plus.
