Salesforce Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Fund Development Systems Analyst (Salesforce) on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data migration and cleanup, ensuring accuracy and completeness of historical funder and grant data in Salesforce

Analyze and redesign fund development workflows to streamline processes within Salesforce

Lead user adoption and training for the Fund Development team, developing documentation and strategies for effective Salesforce usage

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fund development, philanthropy, or institutional fundraising

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, preferably in Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP

Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience preferred

Proven experience in designing and configuring Salesforce workflows and reports

Strong data management skills for cleaning and structuring complex datasets
