Resident Director
The Resident Director position is a supervisory position and serves as a role model and leader for their area. This position requires leadership skills, good judgement, energy, commitment, self-discipline, knowledge of campus resources, and sensitivity to culture differences. The Resident Director assists the Area Coordinator, works collaboratively with and supervises the area staff, advises the hall governments, and serves as a resource to residents to develop a strong, positive, and respectful community in their area.
Resident Director must be pursuing their bachelor's degree. A full-time student and maintain a minimum of 12 credit hours, good standing with Mercer University and the appropriate academic college, good judicial standing with the University and Housing & Residence Life, comply with all departmental, university, local, state, federal policies and laws, live on campus in assigned apartment and meet a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average and a 2.5 semester grade point average throughout their term of employment.
Pay rate : $474.00 bi-weekly (Stipend)
