A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of medical records
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional appearance and work environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 50 wpm and proficient in using fax, copier, and scanning machines
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
