Salary Range : $27.40 - $30.29 Per Hour

CommonBond Communities invites qualified applicants to apply for the Assistant Property Manager position at our Seward Tower West property located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The position oversees 1 property with a total of 320 units. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with managing the daily operations of the site to provide a fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy apartment community. The property manager also provides leadership and guidance to staff.
