The Leasing Specialist under the direction of the Community Manager, will conduct business in accordance with the company handbook, company policies, community standards, and fair housing laws. The Leasing Specialist is the communitys sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits. Shop competence and be aware of local market conditions and trends. Conduct tours, market products and services to community members. Assist in marketing community and and improving resident satisfaction at the property. Review all online and print advertising, postclassified ads for leasing, and coordinate new resident move-ins. Complete all lease contracts, and prospective residents applications, including verifications, and notifies property management of results.

Prepare and execute leasing activity reports monthly. Assist Community Manager in the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns for new and renewal leases.
