POSITION TITLE : Bell Ringer

REPORTS TO : Corps Officer

STATUS : Temporary / Seasonal, Non-Exempt

WORK HOURS : Monday through Saturday – some split shifts up to 40 hours a week. The approximate start date is November 20th, and working through December 24th

GENERAL STATEMENT :

The Salvation Army is a branch of the Christian Church, and the ultimate goal of all programs is the spiritual regeneration of all people.

REQUIREMENTS :

• To be employed with The Salvation Army, the applicant must provide proper documentation in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service Form 1-9.
• If under the age 18 years, the applicant must present a valid Work Permit, Minor Emancipation documentation, or other relevant documentation for the stale within which you will work.
• The applicant must read, complete, and sign all supplied forms, policies, advisories, and notifications,
