We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• Construction Recruiting experience required
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong background in corporate recruiting with an ability to adapt to different hiring needs.
• Proficiency in recruitment sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
