Store Sales Floor Associate

Description

Goodwill of Greater Detroit's Store Sales Floor Associate provides customer service by greeting customers, cashiering, answering questions, and bagging purchases. The position also supports store operations by organizing inventory displayed on shelves and racks; reorganizing merchandise in response to price changes; setting up creative displays; and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to work in a diverse workplace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to receive and disperse cash accurately.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
