Our hospitality team at Mélange on Sycamore in Newton, PA is hiring full- and part-time hosts to greet guests, provide great customer service, and maintain an organized, well-balanced workflow.

Pay : You'll earn a base wage of $15.00 / hour .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

• Warmly welcoming guests and seating them evenly throughout the servers' sections
• Accurately managing our reservations and waiting list
• Addressing guests' questions, answering phone calls, and informing guests about wait times
• Keeping our entrance neat and organized
• Assisting your hospitality team with other duties as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE :

• 18+ years old
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to smile and treat guests professionally
