Job description
A company is looking for a Corporate Lease and Real Estate Coordinator to manage its real estate portfolio and lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for managing the company's real estate portfolio
Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial leases while ensuring compliance with regulations
Coordinate with finance teams to budget for real estate expenses and conduct cost analyses
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A BS or BA degree in a related field
Five years of professional experience in real estate transactions or a similar field
Familiarity with real estate transaction management and legal compliance
Proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi, CoStar, or Salesforce
Experience in market research and preparing reports to support strategic decisions
