About this Location:

This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula CA. We are located in Southern California’s beautiful wine country, Temecula is known for its welcoming community, scenic rolling hills, and award-winning wineries. Why do we need you?

To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related to cleaning rooms, halls, and performing a combination of housekeeping tasks. This will maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience.

What you will do:

• Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
• Make beds.
• Replenishes supplies, such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
• Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• All other duties assigned by a manager or supervisor.

Skills and abilities you bring:

This position requires a hands-on approach (move, lift, carry, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds; or push and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance). You will be on your feet and moving with purpose (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time).

Schedule & Hours:

This position is Full-Time and the role follows a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday). The ability to work any scheduled day of the week and time of day, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
