We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
- System Engineer
- to join our growing team. This role involves a mix of
- onsite and remote support
- for our managed services clients, covering
- server, network, and desktop infrastructures
- . The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple environments with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and security.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Travel to assigned client sites to implement, maintain, and support
- network, server, and workstation infrastructures
- , ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
- Provide comprehensive
- desktop and application support
- , including :
- New user setup
- Line-of-business (LOB) applications
- Hosted environments
- General troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and support
- network hardware and services
- including LAN / WAN, routers, firewalls, switches, and other security appliances.
- Deliver advanced support for
- Microsoft environments
- , including :
- Windows Server & Desktop OS
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Administer and support
- virtualization platforms
- such as
- VMware
- and
- Hyper-V
- , including provisioning, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders to provide
- strategic IT guidance
- , perform system evaluations, and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware / software support, upgrades, and escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date
- technical documentation
- , including client-specific configurations, procedures, and SOPs.
- Record all work performed — including time, notes, and expenses — in
- ConnectWise Manage
- or equivalent PSA platform.
- Requirements (Must-Have) :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field,
- or
- equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on IT experience
- , preferably in a
- Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- or multi-client environment.
- Strong Experience in Windows Server & Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure AD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to
- multi-task
- in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to client sites.

Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
