Embedded Adjunct for Dual Credit

Type of Position : Faculty

Responsibilities :

Teach courses as scheduled

Maintain one office hour per week / per course.

Attend LSCO adjunct faculty meetings

Assess courses on departmental and institutional levels

Complete LSCO Basic Blackboard Certification

Complete LSCO Title IX training

Must have reliable transportation for travel to assigned instructional sites

Attend Teaching and Learning Center to upgrade teaching skills

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Vary depending on which of the two course types.

• (1) Academic transfer Masters Degree with at least 18 SCH in subject area;

(2) Technical Associates Degree in subject area OR License / Certification with 3+ years of work experience in the field related to discipline.
