As a Product Operations lead, you will be part of a newly created squad to help us develop the best products to meet customers needs. Product Operations is a critical function within the Product organization that ensures business orientation, discipline, and better decision making. As part of a team-based organization, your contributions will significantly impact the growth of our business via Sonar's "collective intelligence" mindset.

What You Will Do Daily :

• Work with Product leadership on strategic initiatives
• Lead key pricing and packaging initiatives, defining list pricing, discount policies, and packaging structure for our most important products
• Drive process improvement within the Product Management organization
• Define and implement the Executive Review cadence, ensuring effective alignment of the Product organization with the overall company vision / strategy and the rest of the functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales)
• Be an advisor to your assigned Product Management team
