Nashville Predators Finance Internship - Spring 2026

The Nashville Predators Finance Department is seeking an intern for the Spring 2026 semester. This intern will assist with various aspects of the financial side of the sports industry including, but not limited to, weekly accounts payable processing and annual audit preparation. We are looking for a very energetic and outgoing individual who has a positive, can-do attitude and has a strong desire to learn and be part of the Smashville culture. In addition to the duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the Nashville Predators organization. The Nashville Predators intern program provides an educational, skill-building, hands-on experience for all participants, and a cornerstone of the program is the interns ability to earn college credit for participation in the program.

Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship. The Nashville Predators do not provide housing or transportation accommodations.

Finance Internship Responsibilities :

• Assist with basic accounting functions relating to the Nashville Predators, the Nashville Predators Foundation, and Bridgestone Arena
• Tasks might include assisting with weekly accounts payable processing, reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, making bank deposits, assisting with month-end closing processes, and / or assisting with annual audit preparation
• Assist finance staff with routine administrative tasks
• Assist with other finance-related projects, as requested

Finance interns gain exposure to many aspects of the financial operations of the organization. The pursuit of an accounting or finance degree is preferred. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be professional, and be able to multi-task. Applicants must also have proficient computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
