Position Summary

As an Assistant Manager at Scooter's Coffee, you'll play a key role in daily store operations — supporting the Store Manager, leading team members, and ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. You'll help train, motivate, and coach staff, while driving operational excellence and maintaining a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service
• Assist in training new baristas and shift leads to uphold Scooter's brand standards
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
• Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and assist with scheduling and labor management
• Provide hands-on support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes growth and accountability
