Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

In this role, you will be providing Home Health services to a diverse patient population. Your typical day includes managing a caseload of six visits per day, totaling 30 patients, while documenting your care using Homecare Homebase EMR. The position is designed for a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
