Key Responsibilities : Bid Coordination

• Manage and coordinate the preparation, executive review, and tracking of bids and proposals for pre-construction projects.
• Ensure all bid requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met in alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date bid calendar and track bid statuses to provide regular updates to sales and pre-construction teams.
• Coordinate Bid Review, Battle Plan scheduling and meeting flow
