PRODUCTION

Front-end Supervisors are responsible for supervising lineworkers assigned to

checkouts and sales floor maintenance duties.. Key holder and Closing Supervisor

experience is a plus.

Our business model requires employees to be cross-trained in many different

areas of work so the daily labor demands can be met. The multi-tasking aspect of

the lineworker position is necessary and will require employees to shift their job

duties on any given day in order to meet the daily business demands.

All employees MUST be flexible and ready to work wherever needed by the

manager and/or supervisor. All employees are expected to perform at or above

the company’s minimum performance standards for each job they are trained to

do.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours weekly) in a retail thrift store plus benefits

after 90 days. Currently the evening shift is available (12:30PM-9:00PM). Some

overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend and stand on your feet all day.

Employees must have dependable transportation each day because we count on

our employees to work their scheduled shift.

Must have two valid forms of ID. Acceptable forms of identification are: State issued

ID, USA Passport, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate and Permanent Resident Card.
