Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or café setting, including team training responsibilities

Energetic, positive, and people-oriented approach to management

Proficiency with hospitality technology platforms (POS, scheduling, inventory systems)

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills :

Experience working with coffee or specialty beverage programs

Comfortable conducting interviews, hiring, and training new team members
