About the Program : Our client's Management Training Program is designed to equip you with the tools and mentorship needed for success. Over approximately 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience in various facets of the company, including :
- Warehouse Operations
- Logistics
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Purchasing
- Operations Management
In addition to practical training, you will also participate in online coursework related to Solar PV, Business Development, and Management, further enhancing your product knowledge and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn supply chain management in the solar industryUnderstand company operations and business philosophyRegular check-ins with Mentors & Training ManagersMaster logistics processes such as shipping, receiving, freight claims, and inventory managementDevelop relationships with solar product manufacturersEngage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendorsAssist customers in staying organized and informed about their forecasting needsContinuously learn and train in solar technology to provide expert advice to customersOffer insights into purchasing decisions based on customer relationshipsMinimum Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of ageRecent College GraduateBachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business)Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAuthorization to work in the United StatesWillingness to relocate within the West Division during or after the Training ProgramExcellent communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with a knack for process improvementInterest in critical thinking and solving complex problemsSelf-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hatsCompensation & Benefits :
