Position Purpose : With the (PHCO) Population Health and Clinical Operations PMO team, you will be part of Population Health project management initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading business (non-IT) clinical systems migrations. Business areas in scope include Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Medical Management, and Pharmacy.
REQUIRED Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project
management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
License / Certification : PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.

What else would you like us to know that we haven't asked? The salary range is at 110-115,000. The full salary ranges are posted but we have a budget within that.
