Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted statewide provider of commercial skilled trade services with over 20 years of experience serving commercial accounts. We’re hiring an experienced Hydro Jet Technician to join our commercial service team. This role operates high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean plumbing lines and perform waste removal at job sites throughout Central and Northern California, using company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles. This is a third-shift position (10 : 00 p.m.–6 : 00 a.m.) with a regular schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify blockages and other issues
- Perform hydro jetting services on sanitary sewer lines, grease interceptors / traps, drain branch lines, storm drains and roof drains
- Operate sewer cameras; camera location skills are plus but not required
- Use company vehicles to tow trailers and equipment in accordance with company policies
- Maintain and service equipment to ensure readiness for each job
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and department managers regarding job status and progress
- Complete accurate documentation for service calls and vehicle usage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and demonstrate safe work practices at all times
- Assist in coaching and training apprentices or helpers on best practices
- Perform additional plumbing duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum of two years of recent experience in commercial hydro jetting or service plumbing rolesProficient in English with basic computer literacy, including the use of mobile communication and email applicationsPossess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record with fewer than two points within the past five yearsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkAvailable to work graveyard (3rd shift), Tuesday through SaturdaySuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
