Job descriptionAssist in preparing and organizing all required documents for property acquisitions. Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and municipalities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Track deadlines for auctions, redemptions, and filings. Support the management and tracking of existing investment properties. Maintain accurate records of transactions, holdings, and returns. Assist with reporting on performance metrics and investment outcomes. Manage databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership and investors. Support the Specialist in daily operations, scheduling, and project management tasks.

- Assist in researching property records, tax liens, deeds, foreclosure notices, and auction schedules.
- Compile and analyze market data, ownership history, and potential return on investment.
- Monitor trends and provide regular updates on investment opportunities.
