RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS :
Review and triage new applicants daily across all EST requisitions.Own interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels.Coordinate candidate assessments and background screenings.Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and EST’s Candidate Tracking System (CTS).Build pipelines for skilled trades, technical, and corporate roles.Leverage creative sourcing strategies (veteran outreach, job fairs, niche boards).Act as the candidate’s primary point of contact, ensuring a positive experience.Prepare candidates for interviews with role insights and process expectations.Provide feedback and follow-up communication to keep candidates engaged.Partner with the Sr.Recruiter to align sourcing strategies with business needs.Deliver weekly reporting on applicant flow, sourcing activity, and pipeline health.Coordinate with HR for compliance and onboarding handoffs.JOB REQUIREMENTS :
