Position Summary : Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses. To be successful as an RN, you should be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good RN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional. Key Responsibilities : Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, making timely interventions as needed. Administer medications and IV therapies, ensuring patient safety and monitoring for reactions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans. Provide patient and family education on treatment, recovery, and post-discharge care. Respond to patient emergencies and use critical thinking to ensure optimal care.
