Job Responsibilities Experience - 3 years' experience Storeroom organization :

• Ensure the parts storeroom is clean, safe, and well-organized for easy and efficient access.  Administrative support : Process maintenance invoices and relate them to purchase orders, create reports, and assist with other administrative duties for the maintenance department.  Record keeping : Maintain accurate electronic and paper records of all parts transactions, including usage, stock levels, purchase orders, and costs.  Part and supply orders : Process requests from maintenance staff, prepare and place orders, and monitor delivery status.  Inventory management : Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
